During the weekend of 27th and 28th April 2024 a failure of a part of the boiler in the roof plant room caused flooding.
Here are the steps we are taking to restore our practice.
On Monday 29th April 2024, we arrived at the practice to find extensive damage including collapsed ceilings, areas of the practice flooded, and electrical circuits shorted.
May 2024
On Tuesday 7th May 2024, our insurers are supporting us with the required works. The first step is to ensure that the building which is concrete floors has been dried out. No work to restore flooring can take place until the building has had chance to dry. We have removed flooring and are using dehumidifiers to speed this process.
