We were delighted to welcome 57 patients for an afternoon focused on supporting those living with musculoskeletal conditions. Patients met with the GP to discuss what matters to them whilst waiting for their secondary care treatment; we were able to offer on the day support for conditions such as diabetes managment and joint pain. We welcomed other providers to offer support for our patients on things like their caring responsibilities, weight loss and mental health. It was fantastic to bring patients and professionals together, and we truly value all the feedback shared on the day.
