Living Well With Musculoskeletal (MSK) Conditions Together

Patient MSK Event at Hannage Brook Medical Centre on Wednesday 11th March 2026

We are holding a patient event at Hannage Brook that is bringing together NHS professionals and local community and volunteer services under one roof here at Hannage Brook Medical Centre on 11th March 2006. If you are affected by a MSK condition and awaiting an operation, but have not received an invite to attend, and would like to do so, please complete the booking form and patient passport form below and return to Hannage Brook (if emailing, please return to ddicb.hannagebrook@nhs.net) before Monday 2nd March 2026.

What is going to happen at the event?

You will be greeted by a member of Hannage Brook who will start you on your journey to see a GP and other services in attendance on the day. We want to understand how your MSK condition affects you, and what really matters to you. From this conversation you will know what next steps are available to you. You will have the chance to talk to MSK clinicians, receive advice and guidance, and be followed up in the MSK service in an individual appointment if you need one. You can learn about pain and find some exercises that can help. You can meet different people, professionals and services holding stalls in our Medical Centre to see if we can help you in any way. If you already have an appointment with MSK at a hospital or have been seen recently you can still attend and speak to services that are in attendance. Our care navigators will be on hand to guide you around the event. If you have accessibility, language or sensory needs please call us on 01629 822434 so we can discuss this further.

If you wish to send in your booking form and patient passport via email, please send to ddicb.hannagebrook@nhs.net
