Extended Hours - Hannage Brook Medical Centre is working with a group of local practices to provide a GP extended access service.

Together with Ashbourne Medical Practice, Brailsford & Hulland Medical Centre and The Surgery Clifton Road, we will be offering appointments from 6.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday, and at weekends, to better support the needs of our patient population.

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening (AAA)

  Men are automatically invited for screening in the year they turn 65 by the AAA Screening Programme (not the surgery).  Men who are older than 65 and who have not been screened before or treated for an AAA can self-refer by contacting the programme on 01332 789859.  The AAA Screening Clinics are held here at the surgery.
